If you do find yourself with any spare time, then why not visit some of the attractions in the local area in and around Skegness.
Approximately 3 miles away from Butlins Resort is Skegness town centre. If you don’t want to drive, then there is a regular bus service to and from the town, with bus stops just outside the main Resort entrance.

Hardy’s Animal Farm is a great day out set in over 7 acres of Lincolnshire countryside yet just 10 minutes walk from the beach, with loads of things to do and animals for you to meet, feed and make friends with… it’s a great day out, whatever the weather!
A great chance to get up close and meet the animals. With their Adventure Play Park and Tractor & Cart Rides this is worth a visit.
Skegness Raceway (Stadium) is a fun place to be for all members of the family something for all age groups, just two miles inland from Ingoldmells, and easy to get to from Skegness and surrounding areas, featuring a ¼ mile tarmac race track, its unique wide tight bends and short straights offer the best Banger and Stock Car racing in the country.

The National Parrot Sanctuary runs within Lincolnshire Wildlife Park and is the largest of it’s kind. With over 30 years experience in Parrot care and rehabilitation and over 1000 parrots currently residing within it.

Known for it’s impressive views and sheer scale and diversity of wildlife, Gibraltar Point is worth visiting in different seasons to fully appreciate it’s landscape.
